The nervous and motor systems form a functional connection. The brain’s task is to initiate and coordinate movement in order to interact with the outside world.

Another functional connection is formed by the intestines, the intestinal nervous system, the microbiome and the immune function, which only gradually grow together with the central nervous system after birth.

All the cells in the body always work together, coordinated in different tones, like in a large orchestra. Body and mind are not separate. Even the autonomic nervous system does

Humans are not only made up of cells, but also of bacteria and viruses, among other things. These are interwoven with each other and with the gut, brain, nervous system, metabolic and immune systems, and musculoskeletal system in a variety of feedback loops.

The early interaction between bacteria, immune
function and the nervous system thus also influences the cognitive, immunological and motor development of the child.
